Guided Trip Rates and Bookings
Trip Rates
1-2 People Half Day ( 4 hrs ): $200.00
1-2 People 3/4 Day (6 hrs): $250.00
1-2 People Full Day ( 8 hrs ): $300.00
Third person charge: $100.00 (Full Day) $50.00 (Half Day)
Follow boat charge: $75.00
Additional per-hour rate (arranged in advance): $35
Gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated but not required.
No additional charge for lures used or lost
10% Discount to all active duty, retiree's, reserve, guard, and honorable discharged Veterans of all branches of Military service.
Youth Program
The individual (age 14 an under) that catches the biggest fish for the year (1 Jan - 1 December) receives a certificate at Christmas for a free full day fishing trip
Multipule Trip Program
The individual that books and fishes four full days with myself or my partner Mike Gerry (Fish Lake Guntersville Guide Service) or any combination of the two guide services in a calander year starting 1 Jan 2012, will receive a brand new Duckett Micro Magic Rod, 7'0" or 7'3" Medium Heavy or Heavy Duckett Micro Magic Rod (Casting or Spinning your choice) and a tackle pack from our other great sponsors.
Reservations and Deposits
We recommend booking your trip as far in advance as possible (Especially, when planning a trip from March to June of the year). A deposit of $75, payable by check or PayPal, is required in order to reserve a date. If you decide to cancel your reservation, refunds of booking deposit may be made at the discretion of Mid-South Bass Guide.
If you must cancel a trip for any reason, your booking deposit may be transferred to another day within the next 12 months.
If your scheduled trip is canceled due to bad weather, then Mid-South Bass Guide will refund your deposit or apply it to another guided trip.
Prefishing for a Tournament
All anglers who want to learn the lakes and pre-fish for upcoming tournaments are welcome!
Fishing License
Tennessee and Alabama fishing licenses may be purchase online. In addition, licenses may be obtained at probate offices and many stores that carry fishing tackle or bait.
Youths ages 15 and younger are not required to have a Alabama State fishing license, and youths 13 years of age or younger are not required to have a Tennessee fishing license.
